Personal Access Token

Personal Access Tokens are a self-contained way for securely transmitting information between you and Viur.

With a Personal Access Tokens you can safely connect to our API.

Important Note
These Tokens are non-editable and non-retrievable, you can only revoke them or create another Token.

How to Create a Personal Access Token #

As an Admin go to your Profile page and in the Personal Access Tokens section click on Generate.

You have to insert a name to this Token, as this helps if you have more than one Token for separate services.

Also, insert your login password and then click Generate.

Now we recommend that you save this generated JSON WEB Token in a safe place, with this Token you will be able to use it to make requests to our API.

Important Note
These Tokens are non-editable and non-retrievable, you can only revoke them or create another Token.

To Revoke a Token simply click on on the non desired Token and confirm the action.
